So my friend goes there gave me a card for 3 free spa treatments. So I was jonsing to tan since I haven't been in a week and a half to see the situation on a Sunday. I went in to try my pass and I was told it doesn't cover tanning and I have to make an appt.... Really I have two kids when I can go tan I awanna run out and go I can't make an appt... . For the cost sign up and a contract this is crazy. Then I was told sorry I can charge you a fee to tan. I guess they don't need new customers. I have tanned many years and never signed a contract let alone a start up fee and then to say we don't honor coupons.....

They were super standoffish and said if I was late, they could not accomodate me and I would be charged for no show. I was literally sitting in traffic on 95 behind a bad accident and nothing I could do. I asked if they could atleast let me reschedule and I was told no. 2nd time, I did an express tan and I had to call the spa to let them know, 4-5 hrs later, I had no color on me at all. I had to go back the next morning to get sprayed again. 3rd time was last week, the night before I was leaving for vacation and I asked for a dark spray. I woke up the next morning and barely had any color at all. I showed up at airport and first thing my family said "didn't you get sprayed yesterday"??!! I always feel rushed. I always feel as if they spend 2 total minutes spraying you and I can barely feel the mist. Employees are super nice. That's the only positive. Their prices have gone up and up over past year and its just not worth it anymore. Too many other options out there. I'm done.

They also hold your lotion there for you so you don't need to lug it back and forth, which i thought was a very nice touch! I'd also been there for a sunless tan for an event, and something went haywire with it- the girl at the desk helped me figure out what went wrong and we figured out how to get the tan i wanted.
