They quoted two matched used tires at a reasonable price for 16" Light Truck tires. I said how long to put them on and they said 15-20 minutes. I drove down and was directed into the bay. It felt like a pit stop. 4 men two on each side jacked up and removed the tires. The tires were waiting and after they were presented to me for approval they were mounted, balanced and installed. I have been going to Superior Auto for my vehicle repairs for 20 years. I first went there because…read moreit was convenient, I could drop off the car and then walk to the bus to work. I would come back from my shift and it would be waiting for me. Now I no longer work in the area, but I continue to bring my cars there, even though I'm 45 minutes away. I don't trust anyone else with my cars. The total trust was built when I brought my truck in for corroded gas lines. The owner refused to fix it because the entire underneath was completely rotted out. He could have fixed it and made money off it, but refused because the vehicle wasn't safe. I ended up scrapping the vehicle. Another thing I love about them is if you need an oil change, you don't need an appointment, you can stop in and they will drop everything to take care of walk-ins. The customer service was beyond phenomenal, and the superior auto staff made me feel like I was part of the family. I needed my wheel baron replaced and while fixing it they discovered my breaks and rotors were wore down to almost metal to metal giving me an update and option to replace while the car was still on the lift. Ofcourse I agreed to go ahead and change them. My car drove like new upon picking it up! All my services including an oil change was completed within 3 hours so the timing was impeccable as well!
