I parked my car near the store for literally a min. There is other customers who parked their cars there and I even saw a delivery truck parked there. But for some reason he pointed me out and targeted me individually to take his anger out. I picked up my bag from the counter and I kindly asked the employee "am I all set". He rolled his eye and rudely said "I gave you the bag right, get going". Again politely, I mentioned why me, why you only like that towards me. Last time I came here you told me the machine is not working. And someone else came after me then some how the machine started working but I let that go. But today I wanted to ask him "why me, what did I do to be treated in such way...? The process of picking up the prescription has always been smooth and painless. I've also used their photo service many times through the years, if you ever want photos printed to be framed, or for a classroom project, they do a great job in a variety of sizes. The photos are usually ready for pickup within the same day. It is very easy to order what you need through their app or on their website. I've also used their drive through to get a covid test. They offer rapid and PCR testing. This is also really nicely organized, as long as you schedule your time slot on their website. This is a good pharmacy that offers some services that are very well organized and efficient. Going on their website or app helps get timely reminders.

He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. But that's a corporate change. Only negative about this location's pharmacy specifically is that there is no drive through, and the line goes down the cold and flu aisle. I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . The line also moves VERY slowly as one of the men who works the pharmacy register is very very slow. I often use a different CVS pharmacy when I can.
