    Produce section is gorgeous!

I'm not a huge Stop & Shop fan. I grew up a Wegman's kid, but I'm lazy and this is close to where I live, so this is my grocery store. I have to say that the Seekonk Stop & Shop is one of the nicer ones in the Providence area. It's usually well stocked, the prices are decent and it's very clean. Additionally, the staff here are really great! I couldn't find a half gallon of apple cider at one point, so I asked an associate. She told me to wait a few minutes, but I told her that I was in a rush and not to worry about it. While I was finishing up my shopping she found me and handed me the half gallon of apple cider! Another time, I was using the self-serve checkout kiosk and one of the associates helped bag my groceries for me and even helped me with inputting the items so that I could check-out faster! (By the way, the check-out lines can get packed on weekends, so definitely use the self-serve check-out for faster service). Lastly, I'm really appreciating the Stop & Shop Go Rewards program. I'm not usually someone who cuts coupons or buys things just because there's a promotion, but this is really simple. You just go online, register your card and get points for each purchase. Then, you can trade them in for discounts each time you're in the store. 100 points = $1 off, and I think you get one point each time you spend a dollar at the store, so it's about a 1% discount. Not much, but it can add up when you do all of your grocery shopping there.

I'll go to S&S over Whole Foods for two reasons: the tissue selection and the international foods isle. Sadly, this market is severely lacking in both! While the S&S on Branch Ave in PVD is great, this one in Seekonk is a little small-ish and sadly skimpy with the exotic foods I so dearly crave. It also felt cramped and ill-lit, so while I did get some of the things I was looking for (laundry detergent, and ok a FEW boxes of tissue), it wasn't an entirely pleasant experience. I was also underwhelmed by their meats selection, and wouldn't go near the seafood counter. Parking was a breeze and I should tell you that the store itself was very clean.

    Valentine's Day.

I love shopping here for sales and using my rewards card to save on gas. It's well organized and clean and they even have a robot that finds spills in the store. Look how beautiful their store front was for Valentine's Day.

They always have discounts which means I'm a BIG fan. I don't really like the set up so much but its a quality store with pretty good prices

Every time we go in, we end up finding something new to try. Half the fun of shopping there is walking around saying, "Alright, what weird snack are we leaving with this time?" The store is clean, organized, and surprisingly efficient considering how busy it gets. One thing I really appreciate is that they actually staff the registers properly. There always seem to be plenty of cashiers working, so even when the lines look long they move quickly. You're not standing there questioning your life choices while someone argues over coupons for 20 minutes. The parking setup is also a huge plus. Having the garage parking with the elevator right up to the main level makes things incredibly easy, especially on busy weekends or bad weather days. Way less stressful than circling around crowded lots hoping someone backs out. The employees have always been friendly too, which honestly makes a difference. The whole place has a good energy to it. Quick shopping trip or full grocery run, this location just works. Definitely one of the better additions to Providence in recent years.
