Now this is a full service fuel/c-store location but when I walked in and asked where the restroom was the clerk, an older guy, snapped at me "we don't have one" I asked if he was serious and myself and another customer who walked in before me looked at each other and in unison said "are you kidding me?" the only place in town that's open and he denies a truck driver the use of his restroom, unbelievable.. I have to add it must be a 7-11 thing because a couple of nights later I stopped at the Haverhill, MA 7-11 around the same time and again was told they don't have a restroom. Damn shame they want your business but deny a truck driver the use of a restroom. However, last year after I purchased beer from them I developed a problem. When I got home I found that the beer had gone bad and was very skunky smelling. When I brought it back for either a refund or replacement the owner loudly refused either and created quite a verbal scene. I was surprised to say the least and quite embarrassed. I have not been back since , nor will I return.
