I love that this facility, on Providence, right next to Carrabba's in Brandon, had a 5x10 option. You can do the whole rental process online, choosing your own unit and electronically signing the forms. For $19.99, you can even buy the lock. It will be waiting in your unit for you. They'll text you a gate and/or elevator code. It's pretty painless. But somehow I messed up and rented an outside unit when I wanted an inside unit. Danya in the office took care of me lickety split. She made all the adjustments and got me into an inside unit right then and there and showed me the ropes of getting upstairs. She was sooo helpful and accomodating. I'm not sure how long I'll need storage, but I'm so glad I chose this clean and convenient location. I'm also impressed with security measures. I wish it were a bit cooler in the top floor but that's a small request. Thank you, Danya! You're a star!

Also great rates and online specials. It's super convenient to Brandon and Tampa (worth the trip) and the customer service is amazing! Bruce and Scott excel at customer service, making sure that you have the correct size unit for your needs, etc.And so friendly and professional too! Did I mention the fresh baked cookies or complimentary COLD water, after all the schlepping? They also are a U-Haul facility, offer various size boxes, locks and other items for your move. Personally I've used other YELP recommended storage facilities in Tampa that were fine, but I didn't know what I was missing until I came here. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!

I've been renting a unit from them since August 2020 and "YES" they do have you sign a contract. The rate increases that I have had over the last 29 months has been a total ripoff. I am paying more now then a person would if he or she would come in and rent a new unit the same size as mind. When confronting the management concerning the outrageous rate increase over the 29 month period I was told to simply "move out the unit and go get a family members to sign for a new unit." The management will lie and say its every 8 to 14 months but the increases are computer generated every 5 to 6 months. They get you by advertising the low rental unit prices. Then you are hit with those outrageous rate increases. That's where they make their money.

Last night our parade float next to it had several items stolen. The thrives tried to steal our speakers but failed. They did steal several trash cans, flag poles and even opened the bags with throw beads and took several nice beverage containers. I believe that these theifs are happening due to several factors. The gates being left open allowing anyone to come and go, security cameras being broken or non existence, not ample security lights and the fact that several persons live on the property in travel homes and even in some storage units. They know the best times to hit our unprotected property. I did get a response from the company, but expect no real results to protect any of the properties on their lot. Avoid this place!

It's so common to encounter people who don't really care about their tenants at storage places, but Nina is the exact opposite of that, she cares soooo much. Nina made sure my mom got the best rate possible, that her unit was super clean, gave us water because we were dying out there and basically treated us like family! They started 2026 off with $765 dollars for a 20x20 storage unit and I had two units. This was a hardship on me and they didn't care, so I moved out. I also had very big problem with NO ONE AVAILABLE ONSITE EVEN DURING PUBLISHED HOURS stating THE OFFICE WAS OPEN. My rent went from $108 per month to $180 per month in approximately a year. My niece had a much better experience at the 1007 E BRANDON location. They were very helpful and polite in that office.
