They offer you the low rate to get you into the door, then WHAM!! literally two months later, there's a price increase of 25% or more! It's a shame how much and how often the prices increase. We moved in Jan 1 2025- $150; now, April 1 '25 $200 ($50 monthly increase) We are using their insurance- praying no problems arise for this company don't seem trustworthy because of their tactics. When questioned about the higher than what's reasonable price increase, Managers said they are 'keeping up' with other storage facilities in the surrounding area. To Space Shop Corporate Management: Just quote customers a fair price at the beginning of the contract; don't raise to astronomical prices directly after customers have moved in. It's a disservice to the folks who keeps your business going. They get lots of extra money from you, because it takes planning for the average (poor) person to reserve a moving company to move out of the now high priced unit.
