I do not recommend this business they replaced my ice maker unit in October the ice started melting…read morein March I contacted them they sent a service person out he first said ice maker then after I said your company just replaced that he found a crack in the ice bucket ok get this they were going to charge me outrageous amount to slide the ice bucket in. It took 3 days to get me scheduled. They didn't show up when scheduled (Wednesday between 8 am - 12.). When I called, the woman who scheduled me couldn't find me on their schedule and couldn't explain why. Tech finally showed up after 4:30 pm (a whole day wasted waiting on them) but couldn't fix my fridge. He called the office twice and took pictures, saying he thought the problem may be non serviceable. Next day the parts manager called saying they had to order parts so they couldn't come back till the next Thursday (3-5 pm). 8 more days with no fridge but I was ASSURED it was fixable and they could get the parts. Still had not called or shown up by 4:30 pm on Thursday so I called them. They were closed. I finally got a call around 4:45 pm from the owner who spent at least 30 minutes making excuses and apologizing for their lack of communication. He finally got around to admitting they messed up. Turns out if the parts manager or the owner had listened to the tech and looked at the pictures, they would have known the fridge was non-serviceable, claim could have been filed the week before when they first came out and I could have gotten a new fridge in a couple of days. Because of their lack of communication and concern, we were without a refrigerator for 14 days. If I could give a rating of negative 10, I would. To say we were unhappy and dissatisfied with this company is an understatement!

Told me he would come back the following day, he never came back, he never called. So I gave him 2.5 days to contact me, which he never did. On Sunday evening I left him a voicemail & he never returned my call. I don't know how people stay in business in the state of Kentucky when they continuously do this crap to their customers. I wouldn't leave him any damn stars... except I have to. Don't bill me & don't show up here looking for money because I have ZERO cash-ola for you.

Was refered to Bowman appliance on Friday for a broken dishwasher. Called and gave all information…read moreabout the dishwasher. Got no return call, so I texted my dishwasher information again. Got a text back that the information on the dishwasher could not be found on GE's site, so I had to take a picture of the model number directly from the washer (was exactly the same as I sent the first time). After some time got another text with a part number for a pump and was informed I would have to order it from GE at a very high cost if this part was bad, and it would need to be determined if it was the pump or the signal to the pump. That was it. After some time I texted "When can this be done?" After another hour the reply was "Some time this weekend". I sat all weekend and no return call. (I get the impression that at this point that I am being discouraged from repairing the dishwasher, or I am possibly irritating this person attempting to get him to work.) This guy doesn't want any business, so I would not waste time calling him. Very unprofessional.
