My husband called and was able to get the price down just a tiny bit which we appreciated- def not at the price we came in at a couple months prior but better than the increase. Now we are dealing with a whole mice problem. Mice are coming in from the ceiling and crapping on all our things and tearing up our stuff. Another renter of the space a few down from us mentioned they are having issues with mice too. The mice and any other rodents are able to go from unit to unit bc of the openings and holes in the ceiling. We have no food in our unit but we don't know what the other units have in our row. There is No plan to fix the holes just have someone spray in a couple weeks. We had to spend $100 trying to buy our own stuff to rectify the problem and 7 hrs of time taking all our belongings out and cleaning up the droppings and going through all our things that were ruined, and trying to tape up the holes in the ceiling ourselves. We weren't offered any discount on the unit for the inconvenience this month or anything due to a problem of this nature which would have been appropriate until it is mice free at the very least. I'm not saying all the units are this way but we are certainly having this issue and are not the only ones. We've never had an outdoor unit before and so far we are not a fan. The only great thing is the size of our unit and how easily accessible our belongings are in this unit and we've had overall pleasant interactions with staff overall. We aren't asking for much-just to have a pest free location. We've included some pics below but we have many more unfortunately.

Been by my unit 6 times in the past 2 months and have been denied entry starting with a jammed door, where the building was damaged from someone backing into the door frame. Once I was able get staff to open it, I discovered there was a huge, gushing leak in the roof that ruined most of the items of sentimental value in my son's unit. Would you pay for a unit like this that leaks, and has a jammed door. No, you would not. You would be trying to get your stuff out of there ASAP. Yes, you would. This is what the shysters are doing. I am am the executor of my son's estate, and I am disabled. A grieving elderly father, over 70, with a disability. The perfect mark, and they have been taking advantage of me That's how I got the unit which I have been paying monthly on for 1 &1/2 years. The unit leaks like they turned the down spout into it, literally soak his belongings. It also has a broken/jammed door, which they haven't fixed. I keep paying and they keep blocking access due fuckups like the broken jammed door, miscommunication and inflexibility with grace period after they KEPT ME FROM VACATING repeatedly. I am here with truck and trailer again, and they disabled my access code, even though I paid them. Maybe your experience was different. My son chose a small non-climate controlled facility off Gordon Road in Austell, which the estate was paying more than $100/month. Small Units like his are half the price. PHOTOS TO COME.

Sorry I'm somewhat of a number's guy and that's a very powerful number...The (Trinity) If You Know You Know So let's just say Mrs. V...(Vita) UNDERSTOOD the Assignment and her spirit/personality was pure!!! The facility is well kept as far as the property itself is concerned, the storage unit I rented out as well as the office area!!!
