We also just had a baby and baby furniture we needed to store until we could move into our home. After keeping our things there for almost 6 months we found that they have a serious PEST issue and now we've lost THOUSANDS of dollars in furniture for our new home and new baby. This terrible place has set us back by so much money. AFTER SAVING DURING MY ENTIRE PREGNANCY. Money that we could've used to buy our baby diapers or essentials for our new home. We found a DEAD RAT stinking up our storage unit. Not only a DEAD RAT. But DEAD RAT URINE. BODILY FLUIDS AND FECES have seeped into our brand new couch. And our boxes in the unit. Along with finding a DEAD RAT. There is an infestation of SPIDERS. we also found dead MAGOT LARVE all over our things. We are a young family of 3 just starting our lives and our family and friends helped us tremendously to get that furniture for our baby and now this place has set us back so far. Our babies clothes, bed and toys have been contaminated and I can't even begin on the loss of our personal items. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOUR THINGS ARE VALUABLE TO YOU. Oh and before anyone asks NO THERES NO FOOD OR ANYTHING THAT SHOULD ATTRACT A RAT WITHIN OUR UNIT. The girl that works at the new Caney location has never been there not one time we have went up there since April. I also asked to speak to district manager. She had the nerve to have one her friends that was a girl call me to act like the district manager when the district manager is Josh a man not a women. She should not have a job much less be managing this property. She also will put a return time on door during normal buisness hours but never has returned by the time on door today I waited over 2 hours past the time she said she would return by the clock on door. Do not do buisness with these people awful! There is much more but I'm done typing. read more

The Worst Experience I Have Ever Had!!!!! NEW CANEY TEXAS I was over charged by 200.00. When I said " A MISTAKE WAS MADE" , I was told that the money wwas not in their draw. I was then verbally attacked. I was called a BITCH and MOTHER FUCKER. The property manger AMBER told me to "LEAVE BEFORE SHE PUT HER HANDS AROUND MY THROAT". When my units were cleaned, I was told to take pictures and bring them to the office. I explained that I had no way of taking pictures. I was then told that I would not get my deposits back. After a few minutes more of arguing, AMBER got up to confirm cleanliness. Upon return I was given the deposits back. Once I was in my car, AMBER'S brother came running out and blocked himself between the door and myself refusing to move unless I paid them 5.20. New Caney location. I had fraud on my account earlier this month. Due to this my automatic payment did not come out for my unit. once I realized this payment was made in full. once again no one was in office to speak to and help us when we arrived at location to check on our unit. the door stated she would return at 12:05 pm. we decided to wait and to call customer service to see if they could help us get in the gate. customer service stated that it takes 24 hours to access your unit (gate access only)once bill is paid(they lock you out 5 days after you miss your payment) Crazy! She stated I could speak to the property manager on site I informed her that no one is on site door states she will return at at 12:05 p. we waited in parking lot till after 2 pm with no one showing up to work. we drove a hour to this location. I started blowing phones up telling them how crazy this situation is. I was extremely frustrate! once we make it all the way back home the property manager decided to go to work and I was able to speak to her I was not nice. she informed me at that time that we will have to drive back show id and get a new code. oh I was mad at this point! so we drive back to get a new code. we get there and she gave us our same damn code just made it active again. oh I was mad I have been making calls regarding this matter. The girl that works here feels like this is a joke and when I asked to speak to district manager she had a friend call us instead of Josh the district manager. why do this? hmmm.... Best storage rates in town! You can search everywhere... people are wanting your first born child to rent a climate controlled unit. This place was new, clean, and the unit was ACTUALLY climate controlled! Anthony at the front desk was amazing. He showed us the unit and got us signed up with ease. His sense of humor was a breath of fresh air; kept us laughing the whole time while providing excellent customer service. read more
