They immediately got me into my new storage unit, it was very clean for an outside unit which I was impressed. Way better than other larger companies I have used in the past. Compared to other major storage companies in the area they were priced the best for the square footage they provided. The owners are super friendly and will even help you unload things into your storage unit if needed. The owner operator is friendly and helpful but has established a list of do's and don'ts that we both respect and are delighted to find in place. The lot is fully paved and easily accessible from the Grand Parkway feeder road heading West. The pricing was reasonable covered storage not to mention the security provided. The best thing is that this storage location is just 5 minutes from our home so essentially it is like storing our prized investment right next to us and it sits under a recently built covered area. What more can you ask for??

Then they took the rugs outside to clean then at our request as we didn't want to chance damaging the wood floors under the rug. They were able to remove the wine stains from the large rug. I haven't received the silk rug back as that has to be done on their premise. I only wish we'd have asked them to come back to bring the rug in. An 11x 14 wool rug was a bit much for us to handle. We will definitely be using these folks again and again and would recommend them without reservation.

I tried for a month to get corporates attention on the matter. Was told over and over they would call me back and I never got an answer back and it doesn't seem that they care the manager is ripping people off and tampering with the auction units. I don't recommend this place at all. There were even cameras but the manager said she was the only one there that day and the only one who could look at the video footage.
