She was able to help me in a quick and timely manner. She had also had a few people in there that had walked in after I had with many questions and issues and she was able to multitask attend to every need. I highly recommend this facility it's very clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that would need some storage needs! If you ever go into the office and she is there she will treat you very well and she has a fantastic friendly attitude and a great smile!

She was rude and condescending to my father when he first arrived to drop off the truck. All that she told my father was that we would have to pay a fee to drop the truck off at the location because the rental did not show up in her computer. She was very curt, did not listen to our story, and did not provide any information as to how to resolve this issue. She provided horrible customer service. I'm not sure if this was an off day for her or if this is the manner in which she treats all customers, but this is unacceptable. She should receive training from Brandy because Brandy was a model employee. Brandy politely explained to us why our rental did not show up in the system and why there was a fee associated with dropping off the rental. Through our discussion, I learned that I was supposed to call the 1-800 number on the contract that I should have received when I picked up the rental--a contract that was never emailed to me as promised. And then there was the issue with the fuel tank. We returned the truck with the gauge at the level at which we received the truck, but supposedly the gauge was closer to the 3/4 line. This was a minor hiccup, which was inconvenient and could have been prevented had the tank been full when we received it. It's easier to fill a tank up to full rather than try to estimate how much gas to put in to reach an obscure level. But even with this minor problem, Brandy was polite and kept composure as she explained everything. We really appreciated the excellent customer service she provided us. It was the ONLY redeeming factor in our U-Haul experience. Thank you Brandy!

This was not simple or routine, as there were a lot of moving parts, stops, and specific & picky directions... by said relative. From the office manager to the movers, everyone was wonderful. Communication, promptness were great. Always kind, good attitude, and patient . We booked last minute and they fit us in on the date we that had to have. Both moves, Melissa, Jim, and crew were very accommodating with competitive pricing. They all went above & beyond for us, keeping a great attitude under pressure, for a very difficult client. I have a job that I cannot get arrested for driving with expired plates. I feel discriminated against.

If you need it for more than one day, the price per day nearly triples. There's only one location even reasonably close, and they're only open for 3 hours on the day we need the truck. No returning the truck when the business is closed because of Covid. So if you want the truck for more than 3 hours than you pay 3 times as much for 2 days after the price increase on your 25% discount. It's SO SAD that people actually pay for this scam. No thank you.
