Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

We spent a week getting everything in order, putting everything in one place to make it easier for him, and gave him a call. We called 5-6 different times with voicemails and texts before we finally got ahold of him. He came and picked up half a trailer full and said he'd be back for the rest. We have not seen or heard from him since despite multiple texts, emails, missed calls, and voicemails. Now we have a pile of junk in our backyard that has been there for a year.
