We were able to rent a huge storage unit (and a UHaul but we didn't need one) over the phone that is accessible 24/7 and has great security for a great price. I wasn't sure what to expect with a name like "Rent a Wreck" but the vehicle (a Kia Forte) was spotless and ran perfectly, it honestly could have been brand new. Associate at desk said in a direct tone I didn't have an appointment. I had the appointment printout with a confirmation number. His reply was that happens all the time. They don't always get the information in their system when making an appointment online and it's a corporate issue. He went on to state we couldn't take you in anyway as our alignment machine has been down and they don't know when it will be operational again. Well if they don't know who does? Out the door I go accomplishing nothing. Would not matter anyway as I will never do business with any Goodyear Store again and encourage others that if they do then make their appointment do it directly with their local store and not the Goodyear Website which has flaws.
