I was verbally assaulted by the owner of this location, we had an agreement of price that was…read morerecorded that was broke, once I bought the truck back, they added over 30+ dollars and would not fix it. Once I told them I had recorded it he became hostile, yelled, cussed me out and tried to take my phone multiple times to delete the recording. Once I told him he was being recorded he backed me against the wall and tried to intimidate me, refused to write down the number to corporate since he said they could give me the military discount he had promised but failed to add, he also said since I was a 14 year veteran he would not charge me tax. He knew I was a veteran and I told him I was on a tight budget and needed 80$ or less. Originally, I came to him only needing a 26 ft truck one 3 hours, I agreed to a price of 65-80 $ depending on miles. I had told him the two-house addresses and that it was under 5 miles. Once I brought the truck back, I cleaned it well, it wasn't cleaned before. Also, I had a half of a tank leaving, I put 15 into it which made it much more than a half of a tank. I went to the location and an employee asked if I needed help, I told him my price was higher than agreed. I told him I was told no higher than 80$ and he said that is only if you go less than 30 miles. I told him I only had 5. However, I went in and the man claimed I didn't log in the app so I cannot debate this, I told him the same day that the text said the link was invalid that wanted the photo of the tag, I didn't know of another app. I was told the price was higher due to tax, which he didn't waive. Plus, he claimed I went 22 miles when it was 5. Once I told him I taped the call he was hostile, I asked how under 30 is 80 yet 22 is 110, but yet I did 5. He was hostile, I asked how he got that I went 22 and he said I don't have a clue how far you went, He then tried to take the phone once he saw I was recording again, corner me and cussed me out. When I asked if I'd be towed, he said "no one has, but I can't guarantee it." When I asked what I should do, he just said, "I don't know." I was told by Uhaul rep the day before that this location would also help load the car onto the trailer, but the man at the location said they don't do this either. When I complained that my reservation was switched to this location 14 hours before the reservation, there was no place for me to leave my car, and I was told there would be help with loading the car, he refused to rent me truck, leaving me screwed for my long distance move. I apologized if I offended him but he just said he wouldn't rent to me and he asked me to leave. He said that no one talks to him this way and that he has enough people who want trucks. Ironically, I'd heard him just moments before lament to his colleague that people don't care about inconveniencing others anymore...right before he refused to rent to me for complaining about poor service.

And warning to call cops to get my refund overcharged then reply my voicemail. But still she rudely behaved. I am not recommended this location u-haul service. Also she has no knowledge about how to rent to customers. When day rent I asked nothing right reply. Also when I drop it u-haul and call to office locked and she did not give us answer when is back. Because I want to drop keys and take my finals receipt but she said just drop keys in box and go. So don't trust her because I got overcharged. I refilled fuel tank and charged for 10gal gas and only 73miles. And was filled gas not count. I took pictures how much gas tank and how much used but lady working or owner very rude. When Uhaul screwed us around for weeks, Penske actually provided a truck... when they said they would. Penske's guarantee is actually worth their pledge. I got half way across the country (which is why this review is in OK), and realized that I had screwed up royally. Dealing with Penske over the phone was... alright, they wanted to help but were hog-tied by bureaucracy and red tape. Then they put me in touch with this actual Penske and the big guy just sorted me right out, no worries, no problems, he just fixed my mistake and inconvenienced me not a single bit. He could have charged me all kinds of fees and had me jump through all kinds of hoops, because they had me over a barrel. They didn't do that, they just did the right thing. I was over tired and embarrassed with my mistake and couldn't keep my head screwed on straight, and J.T. Murphy took great care of me and his competence and confidence set me at easy and sent me on my way. These are good people. Full Stop.

They used a name from my first marriage, from nearly a decade ago. I've never rented a uhaul before and it wasn't the name on my ID so no idea why it was in their system. I requested 2 days and they gave it to me for one and then charged me late fees for being past 24 hours. Then the guy didn't seem the grasp that I was in the process of moving and kept getting an attitude when my zip code didn't line up with my credit card. It's a sketch gas station, just find a uhaul location not this ghetto nonsense
