I never once was late until my last month I was there. After y card had been declined they notified me after ten days and when I spoke to them over the phone they quoted me twice my rent and said if I showed in person they would discount my dues. Not only was this not true but when I arrived they acted as if they never said what they said. After telling me my monthly dues were now three times what I've ever paid for a single month the women behind the desk decided to call me a misogynist and other derogatory names I decided my business is better elsewhere. I hope everyone else finds anywhere else to store their things. There people so not deserve our business.
