Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I also noticed that she is bilingual which is very important in a town that has an international college! do not use this storage facility! our 3 car hauler trailer was stolen from this location this week…read more the management were of no assistance. they are supposed to have 24 hour camera surveilance which was conveniently not working at the time this happened. they are not willin to help replace the trailer that was stolen an could care less that it happened. the trailer was taken through a back gate whihc only had a small pad lock on it which the thieves cut off. we believe it was an inside job.
