That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.

When I drove around to my unit i see that the latch and lock is missing, I went to the leasing office to ask them if by mistake had they removed my lock. They ask for my information only to tell me they didn't remove my lock and then the ask me is your lock gone they hadn't checked the property, I was asked to check my unit to find out all my electronics were gone ,clothes, cookware etc. As of Aug 15 my unit still don't have a lock on it, I'm scared that my other items will come up missing. I can't get a latch and lock put on my unit because i keep being told that they have someone coming promises, promises.

We asked for 2 movers, and they were able to give us a quote based on all the things that I listed. The quote was pretty spot on, except they sent 3 movers instead of 2, with no extra cost. We accidentally booked two different moving help companies, one of which was Unlimited Enterprises…read more The Unlimited Enterprises men showed up on Tuesday, 24 March 2026; however, the UBox containers had not yet arrived. After two hours of waiting for the UBoxes, we advised the movers that we didn't expect the UBoxes until later in the day. At that point, they left. We received the UBoxes later in the afternoon. The next morning, a team from another company showed up a little after 8 AM. They were efficient, rapid, and treated our household goods with care. While they were loading our UBoxes, the team from Unlimited Enterprises showed up; however, they offered no help. They did, however, take the payment code and now have our money. Having discovered this, we contacted UHaul, who confirmed that we were double booked. They sent us a new payment code for the movers who actually did the work. But the crew from Unlimited Enterprises got our money without actually doing the work we contracted.
