However, I pull up, and the door is locked, and the lights are out. With at least 15 min left before they close, you would think that a business would honor their business hours. However, this one does not. It might be time for a change to someone else who can be more accommodating. Closing early with no other reason than not wanting to stay until actual closing time shows signs of bad customer service.

I went through a period where my rates were increased 4 times in two years for the same unit. I used the unit for about 7 years, when I moved My stuff in I was Paying about $75/mo. By the time I moved my stuff out it had doubled to about $150/mo for the same unit. Your choice is pay it or come load up all your stuff and move it out.
