My sister was just interviewed by Drew the owner for a bookkeeping position. She entered the building excited at the prospect and exited in tears. She immediately told me "The 40 minutes with Drew, which should have been used to discuss my professional career and qualifications for the job, was instead spent with me listening to a litany of employment bias towards single mothers whose children are born on Medicaid, those he deems inadequate due to their breaks from traditional values, his thoughts on parentage and associated negative outcomes, and liberals who are ruining the country". Little did he know during his rant that my sister is indeed a single mother Who can't afford anything other than state insurance for her daughter. Little does he know she never planned it to be a single parent. Little does he know that she works hard to provide for that little girl and doesn't need people putting her down for it. Please consider whether you really would want to work for a man that feels he can use an interview as a platform for vomiting his opinions and narrowminded views. Please consider if you would want to give them your money much less trust them with your prized possessions. I was going to go 4 star, but seeing a couple of the other entries that have nothing to do with storage I want to give some props to a very good business. We enjoy our units. They are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They are fairly priced. The hours are strictly daytime, and that is good in that the chance of mischief or theft are reduced nicely. We have a small house and Storageland helps us store things for the "off" season. Opinions are like noses. Everybody has one! read more
