There is absolutely no pest control, mice completely ruined my great grandmother's Sister Parish dining chairs and nested throughout the unit. Security is non existent, and consists of a woman in a single wide trailer. I once confronted a guy trying to get into our unit, he stated he thought it was his unit, I don't even know how he got in. Other tenants can access your unit from the unit behind it, just by standing on a built in shelving system. They could climb right over and take anything they like. There are plenty of other storage options in the Tri-Cities. Do not give this guy your business.

I spoke with Dean - and although he is out of the area - he had me go to the facilities to "check" to see if the 10x12 unit was unoccupied. I thought this was a little strange but this facility is not "manned." After taking a look see ... I called him back and the deal was done over the phone. They had the best price in town - it's close to where I am staying - the unit is climate controlled - close to the main (key code) access door - and had a HUGE roll up door so getting items in was easy. The place inside is clean and there are no smells of rotting bodies! LOL. The property itself is somewhat not maintained ... locked gate access ... gravel road all around the building ... lots of what appears to be abandoned RV's and boats. Which - I don't care about - because it is what's on the inside that matters to me.
