If you're lucky enough, and they find your package in the back, you will likely continue to receive notifications from UPS that your package is waiting for you because half the time they will forget to ask you to sign for your package and it will appear that you've never picked it up. As I write this, I just received three messages in the last 24 hours reminding me to pick up a package (that I already have) or they're sending it back. The rest of the time, you'll receive a notification that your package is ready for pickup, which it truly is, but they will claim it's not there or that they know nothing about it. Doesn't matter that it has a UPS tracking number, they will not check that. You will have to return another day and insist that your package tracking says it's arrived and...oh my goodness! Indeed it REALLY is there and was actually there all along! I only send to here from Amazon if the package cannot be sent to the Amazon locker. However, in the last year, I've had issues with this location at least 6-8 times and that is over half the total times I've had parcels delivered there. I am not bothered by employees making mistakes but this repetitive issue is not "mistakes", this is unprofessional. I would like to use this location because it's conveniently located, but I at this rate, it's becoming not worth it.

Only one employee handling passport applications and pictures (she was great, though) and zero signage on where to go for passports, even though only one employee is handling them. When I got there I waited only about 10 minutes, but while I was waiting about 15-20 people got behind me in line without any movement made. I hope this post office gets more staff members and is able to upgrade their signage at some point soon. They don't make passport appointments intuitive for dummies like me! Side note: Apple Maps takes you to the employee only parking lot instead of the general parking lot, not sure why that is.

My preference is for local businesses over franchises because all of the money stays as close to my community as possible so I did a little search and this one was convenient to my other errands. I used no other filter. The place was clean and bright, with tidy displays of local products (good place for gift shopping, perhaps), and the ranks of mailboxes at the front of the store. Someone came from out of the back before I got to the counter. I explained my situation, gave them the details, and the whole thing took about 6 minutes. An 18X18X10 inch box and the packing material for it plus shipping came to $44. I was pleased with the service, the atmosphere and the cost.
