We flew all the way across the country…read moreto move my son into his dorm last weekend and went to the unit and it was early but we paid for entire summer up front so we were going to just eat the money we paid for additional time. After moving our items we asked the gentlemen at the desk who was on his phone the entire time and looked like he has no idea what was going on, if we needed to do anything further as we are first time renters. He said NO YOURE ALL SET! come to find out we needed to fill out a form and because we didn't we got charged an additional $25. Very poor communication and this guy working that morning needs additional training on move out procedures. Really disappointed because we referred multiple people to this facility but will be now telling people not to go here and we will certainly find another storage unit for the coming years my son attends college. I sure hope it was worth the $25 turning a happy customer into a VERY unhappy one.
