My movers brought stuff down. Then they decided that I couldn't have the truck. They told me that it was only for moving in. They could have told me this at the time I reserved it, before I committed to movers, or any other time. They started smiveling about how instead of trusting them "I should have read the fine print." That is how much they care about customer service and keeping their word. I was out $350 to the movers. The "regional manager" was in the office and was fully aware of what was happening, and agreed that they should not keep their word, that I should have read the fine print instead of taking their word for it when they went through all the motions of providing the truck. This is a nice facility and a good location for me, but If you care about honesty and integrity, stay away, they are liars and snivelers.

After 13 hours of moving by myself I busted my ass to get the truck there on time I left the key in the cupholder and left the truck unlocked. They tried to charge me a late fee and even U-Haul said they can't charge a late fee when the truck is on their lot. They then threaten a lock out fee. Yeah that's right for them locking the keys in there trying to charge their customer. All in all the front desk lady was distracted and very rude. Like I said go to power hitch I've never strayed from them until today and I am severely regretting it these people are imbeciles rent at your own risk

He showed me couple different units, gave me a tour of the facility and explained to me everything I needed to know about the process. The first unit I reserved was a little too small for my belonging, so just a day before the movers were coming, I called Eric and he made it very easy for me to upgrade to a larger unit. They even gave me a free lock, I feel that I made the right decision by choosing this facility!
