I had read so many terrible reviews for U-Haul or Budget, I was completely stressed out and having nightmares the U-Haul I rented wasn't available when I went to get it. So my husband found this local place, and I'm so glad! We got a decent sized trailer for 100 bucks for the weekend (50/day). They are closed on Sundays, so they don't charge for that day. They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers. The quote was wrong, the movers were slow and one was exceptionally unprofessional (by any standard) cost me over 3x my estimate and there was damaged property involved and issues with fixing the problems. Don't use them. A pick up truck and 2 guys from the nursing home could be faster. I was so disappointed. 11.5 hrs instead of 3 and a half. I extensively itemized all my property as instructed as well. Should have been no issues. I wont post pictures of the day because I dont think it's fair to show them not being efficient.

My brother-on-law moved 3 trailers full of stuff, going back and forth from Hugo to Blaine before they even got to my house the first time, we all left at the same time. I think they were intentionally slow so they could charge us 4x's the amount quoted to me for an entire day (which is only 4 hours for them). They also broke multiple items, even with their "insurance" I was not reimbursed for anything. I also had to have them correct the contract 5 times before they actually got it correct. This company is horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. This company is so crooked they are a circle! Response: your crew did not take an unpaid lunch break, it was included in the time they added to my bill at the end. They also very much pressure me to tip them because, as they put it, "This company does not pay us very well." Not only was I quoted roughly $1500, and it ended up costing me almost $5K for the service, I ended up tipping them because they know where I live and I didn't want anything to happen to my wife, and your crew took more breaks than they actually worked. Regardless of what you say, your company is crooked, incompetent, and needs to be put out of business. My next report is to the BBB!

Rich'll want to determine the dimensions of the vehicle you intend to store if you haven't discussed it over the phone yet and lead you to the spots most ideal for your needs given his constant Tetris game of space availabilities and upcoming reservations. Make a choice between bouts of throwing rocks for Steve to fetch, head into the office, and be done with paperwork within 10-15 minutes, depending on how much darling Mia, Rich's feline secretary, feels she needs to paw through the papers you're filling out to ensure you're doing it correctly. Once paperwork is completed, Rich'll hand you the number of magnetized keys you put down a deposit for ($10 each as of August 2018) and send you on your way. Park your vehicle, tarp it over if you so choose, and use your key to get in and out of the lot gate. Oh, and expect your monthly bill in the mail in some weeks, as Hanson does not do digital payments.
