So much so that it was noticed and commented on by the furniture store staff/management. It got to the point where the store staff members volunteered to help me move the furniture and to cancel the movers. In the end the job took them 30 min to complete. However I was charged $160 (CASH only) for 2 hrs worth of work. I didnt recieve a discount and didnt make a bigger fuss about because i just wanted to get my belongs and forget this horrendous expierence. After all this, the movers had the audacity to ask me for a tip which they did not receive. Overall they seemed very shady.

In addition when I booked the moving Matt told my wife not to take the draws out of the dresser and after wrapping with the plastic wrap they could not pick up the dresser so the had to unwrap (and then they never wrapped it again and move and damage draws and the added time to move all the draws which caused more time.
