Storage is expensive and can be frustrating when companies raise the rates on you which they will do at this location so it's helpful to at least like the facility. The facility is clean and conveniently located. The staff is helpful.

She calls ME out of the blue mid day to ask me how she can help me with my storage. When I explain to her Im moving my things out of storage the same way I've put them in there. She every single time has given me excuse after excuse as a reason to say no. I'm tired of speaking with her. She is incredibly rude has no sense of customer service. Don't rent with these people. They have Mice and Rodent infestation on there property and are the least helpful people if you are trying to end doing business with them. Avoid at all cost unless you want rat droppings all over your things.
