When plans changed and we had our own room with a single bed, Gina pivoted and was able to add more romantic elements. It was easy to add her to our hotel reservation for access and the timing was perfect (during graduation). Based on the set up, what was included, and my satisfaction, the value of the package was pretty reasonable to me. Gina of Stories and Tablescapes is an ANGEL! When we were looking for a coordinator for our laid back DIY wedding, we wanted someone who'd be willing to help with small tasks here and there. During our search, we found so many pricey coordinators that were really explicit about services they would NOT help with. With Gina, on the other hand, she was willing to help wherever it was needed and for a super affordable price! We can not stress enough how much she carried our big day. She helped us create a timeline, contact our vendors, made sure everything was cleared with our venue, and organized our rehearsal despite us booking it super last minute! Not only this, but she provided cloth napkins for all our table settings, dessert/cupcake stands, AND extra tables and chairs for our reception to save us from spending tons of money on additional rentals. She has an incredible eye for design and attention to detail, and she's so great at communicating. My husband and I were able to be present throughout our ceremony and reception because Gina had thought of everything and was keeping our schedule running smoothly, even with last minute changes. By the end of the night, Gina had already packed and organized all my family's DIY items into our cars, ready to go! She even hooked us up with an amazing dog handler so that our pup could be part of our wedding. I came across Gina on TikTok, and knew she was my girl. Not only are her prices incredibly reasonable for Los Angeles, but she was so lovely to work with. From viewing my Pinterest board, to creating a mockup design for me, to setting up and breaking down the table herself, she made the process so easy for me, and allowed me to just enjoy my event without worrying about a single thing. We hired Gina to officiate our wedding elopement in Malibu and it was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! She was so professional and detail oriented, making sure to really get to know us as best she could before she dove in to write what she was going to say. My daughter was recently engaged and Gina planned a surprise proposal picnic for her and my soon to be son-in-law. We were doing a family photo shoot the same day, and the proposal and picnic was a surprise, so there was a good sized group including very young kids. The picnic was perfect and Gina even set up a separate area with goodies and stuff for the kids to play with to keep them entertained while the adults were busy. Along with so many brides, I had a 70+ guest wedding planned for April 2021. I crossed my fingers for most of 2020, hoping that my fiancé and I would be able to have our wedding as planned.
