Wow, wow, wow! We came to Stork Orthodontics after a pretty negative experience elsewhere in the metro. The difference in service & experience is immediately noticeable, which started as soon as we walked through the door. Here we were greeted with a big smile & a hand shake right away. The coordinator, Brooke, we worked with was very kind and eager to answer any questions we had about the process and the payment plan. The flexibility in the payment plan is awesome. They do their best to make it work with a payment that you're comfortable with which is greatly appreciated. When we met Dr. Stork it was like a ray of sunshine came into the room. He is warm, friendly, funny, and clearly cares about his patients. I noticed he graduated from Mayo. When I asked him about it, He said only one student is allowed into the program a year. If that doesn't give you confidence, nothing will. I am so glad our Orthodontic journey led us here. This is the place, people! read more

Two weeks ago I had both jaws surgery and a few days later I got a wonderful surprise when Lorrie showed up at my door with a basket full of food appropriate for my diet, and tons of goodies to nurish me back to health. From the moment we walked into Dr. Storks office we were impressed. The front end staff takes their time to speak not only to me, but to my 10 year old son. Dr. Stork is great with my son and calms my son's anxiety he has in getting any treatments done. They take their time to explain what procure they will be doing, how much it will cost and are willing to work with you on a payment plan if needed. They are also very attentive on the phone, addressing all my needs when I call. We knew for quite some time that Angelique would need braces and honestly I dreaded the whole process. The cost, the pain, and the appointments seemed so daunting to me. UNTIL I walked into Stork Orthodontics for our appointment. I knew immediately something was different. They treated my daughter like a VIP the entire time we were there. She started counting down the days until she could get her braces. Well that day came and once again we had an exceptional experience. The front desk staff is friendly and engaging, they walk around the counter to introduce themselves to new patients. Jenna is warm and welcoming and does a fantastic job of answering all our questions. There office is fun too! They have an area where kids can play electronic games, which Angelique thinks is super cool. Dr. Stork is very knowledgeable, comforting and fun! I was so impressed with Stork that I used my experience as an example to my employees (I am in a customer service field) of how paying attention to people's needs and exceeding expectations can change lives.
