Although insurance is provided for a small fee (and I give it to the lady that wrapped my goods well to give me "hope" for a safer delivery), they could not guarantee it would get to my destination safely. They told me that I would need to call a different office if there were any issues with my delivery. I asked the lady if she had any tape indicating that the goods were "Fragile" so it can be handled appropriately, but no. She scribbled it on the top of the package. It might as well have read "good luck". I would like to see this place step up to the plate with customer care and a more professional approach to handling fragile and all items being sent. I cannot handle the anxieties coming from this PO - and the sad thing is, I don't get the impressions that they give a ** The other PO's in Jenks, and in California, was a one stop shop. I had confidence that my packages and mail were going to be OK, and they were. Also, this is the first PO I had dropped off mail that had gift cards/$ in them. Interestingly, the receivers have never gotten them. I never had this problem before. Weird. My suggestion, send priority so you can get tracking info! I need to start going elsewhere.
