The tech came out again to go over the work once more. He seemed honest about doing everything in his power to make sure everything he saw was properly sealed, but again the moisture meter showed the problem still wasn't improving 1-2 weeks after. Finally the original salesman came back but bluntly refused to do any more work on the issue, or even seriously look at it. He took a glance at my 5-months-of-water-damaged plaster bedroom ceiling/wall and said "sorry there's nothing we can possibly do". Not even sure why he bothered showing up.

I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house).
