Absolutely amazing!! James and his staff are incredible. Always clean, organized and well managed. The best in the area!

I rented a storage unit at StorQuest Denver/Kalamath, expecting a secure facility. Instead, my experience has been a nightmare. My unit was burglarized, and several of my belongings were stolen. The police classified it as burglary, not simple theft -- yet the facility and their insurance company are refusing to take responsibility. The most disturbing part is that the manager (James) admitted, in front of a police officer, to using my key to enter my unit without permission to move and photograph my belongings after the break-in. There are major gaps in StorQuest's security -- including structural flaws that may have allowed access between units -- and the facility has provided poor-quality video footage that doesn't even show how the thief got in. The neighboring tenant, who was later evicted for sleeping in their unit, was never properly removed from the property. This situation has caused me thousands of dollars in losses and weeks of stress. StorQuest's corporate office has ignored my requests for answers, evidence, and reimbursement. If you value your belongings, do not trust this facility. Demand clear policies about who can access your unit and how security footage is handled -- or look elsewhere. read more

The service here takes it over the top!!! Jason helped me lift items when I was literally too weak to stand up post-surgery (multiple times!), and also went WAY out of his way to help me on one occassion which involved staying late for him- on a Friday!!! The other main employee (male) deserves EQUALLY big credit, and if somehow he's not one already, deserves manager status soon. He exudes all signs of great manager, including extreme patience while my sick butt said some HORRIBLE things in front of another customer. I'm ashamed, yes, but he didn't let any of it get to him from what I could tell! (and no, they didn't tell me to write this- normally I'd try to leave a tip because I NEVER write reviews...but I'm too broke after the hospital, so I figured this would be a way of giving back!!) P.S...beating myself up for forgetting his name again...JT? Shaun? no those are wrong. Probably 6'2" slightly husky/broad-shouldered...you know who I mean!!! Check for online deals! I got my first month for either $1 or $5, and there is no minimum number of months. My entire 2 bed/2ba amount of furniture and boxes fit into a 10x10, with some room to spare. Their system is efficient and easy to use as possible. Clean, bright. They'll try to give you the most convenient unit possible, which I really appreciated. The manager, Mark, is personable, reasonable, and friendly. Have never had a problem accessing my unit or finding parking. read more

I am updating a review I wrote previously. I was a 2nd returning customer to this location. I've used this service twice on two different occasions. Mark was initially very welcoming, warm and professional. Accommodating as well. The first time I used his storage service he was great. No complaints. He asked me to leave a review so I left a five star review about the service and experience. Bragged about it to my friends and family. The 2nd time seemed great up until the last few months. My experience with Mark, his service and his new manager Courtney, turned sour and kept compounding. I was hit by a financial hardship and it hit me hard. I stayed in touch with Mark about it during the months I knew my bill was going to be late, which during this 2nd time around was more often than not. On one particular month I was surprised by a bill increase. I kept a sharp eye on my finances due to the hardship, of course. I noticed the difference in my bank account. At this point, pennies earned or lost made all the difference. I reached out to Mark and he said that the new monthly bill was correct. He explained that after a certain amount of time the bill increases and I should've received an email notice about it. I did not receive a notice to my email. Mark then said that the notice was sent to a home address. I did not receive the notice to my home address either. Apparently it was sent to an older address on file I no longer lived at. He offered to credit the unexpected extra charge on my next bill. The following month, I did not see the credit on my bill so I called Mark to remind him about our last email discussion. He was very unpleasant and impatient over the phone, unapologetically. I had to carefully explain a few times before he finally credited the amount he said he would. Things began to worsen from this point on. The bill increase would really put a strain on my already strict budget and if payment was late for the month then a late payment charge would be added on to the bill. This would further delay payment compounding amount I owed. Just before all of this, Mark mentioned that there was an opportunity for me to change my bill date to position me to be on time, regularly. I intended to do so. After the discovery of the bill Increase, the opportunity to change my bill date suddenly was no longer available. I reached out to see about the process of changing my bill date and Mark shut down the option. It was no longer available. My bill was late every month after the increase. I was charged a late fee every month after. I continued to make payments and stayed in contact about my late payments and the soonest date I would be able to pay. I received automated phone calls, automated emails, automated text messages and calls from people other than Mark about past due bills. I felt pestered and a bit harassed, especially since I already reached out about late payment and the soonest date I could pay. Mark mentioned at one point that if I wasn't able to pay my bill that my stuff would be set up for auctioning. Eventually I was no longer receiving responses that at least let me know that he got my emails about my upcoming late payment and the soonest date I could pay. No email responses. I couldn't get through on the phones. Frustrating to say the least. Finally I get a hold of Courtney. I tell her about the communication issue and bill date change issue. Express my frustration. She was condescending and sarcastic about it all but did allow me to change my bill date under conditions at the approval of their upper management? I requested to have this all escalated to upper management. I received no cooperation. No response. Thankfully, after sharing my experience with others, I got an opportunity to finally grab my stuff out of storage. I dropped off my last payment via money order. At this point I was really uncomfortable with the idea of interacting with Mark or Courtney just myself. To avoid any verbal confrontation/ resistance I brought my Uncle and Dad along to keep the interaction minimal. Glad I did. It worked. Relived to have my stuff out of there, no longer under the threat of auctioning and to have eliminated ties to this business, Mark and his new manager Courtney. I will not continue to support or suggest this location to friends and family anymore however I will continue to share my unfortunate experience. read more

This storage unit is the best storage unit in Denver. It is easily accessible and very high quality. I walked in needing a storage unit for the summer, and got a tour of the available options. I worked with Mark, the property manager and he was incredible. He was very easy to work with; he was personable and charismatic, while also being very professional. He wouldn't answer the phone when he was talking to me, because he said that would be rude. I found that very respectful. He went over the features of the facility, like top notch security and insurance for your items. He didn't leave me with any questions. I've already moved a few things into my unit, and it was easier than I could have imagined. This place is extremely clean and convenient. When I found out I needed to switch units to avoid mover charges, they worked with me expeditiously and solved the problem. I am a current customer who is frustrated because I didn't have enough money on one card to make a payment without splitting it between 2 cards and when I tried to do it online the don't have the option, then when I called to do it they didn't have the ability to do it over the phone. The only option I had was to go to the facility to do it and in a time like this with the health and safety of the public is so important this is not just inconvenient but potentially dangerous to me and my family. read more
