Anyway, I'm happy with this lot and will stay with them until I can figure out how to legally store my RV at home. Update - Downgrading to 3 stars over the dump station. There is no water available next to it, so you cannot flush your tanks, like at almost every campground in America. Secondly, they charge you 10 dollars to use it. At the most, this should be 5 bucks, and ideally free for people that are paying to store their RV there. This is common practice in the Denver area. The rent here is a little less than most of the other places around town, but they'll nickle and dime you. Also, the 'free firewood' they advertise is basically just a pile of tree stumps and waste wood from who knows where, but it's not what you'd think it should be, none of it is ready to burn. I was able to get my rental agreement set up and paid for remotely without having to go during business hours or face to face. The lot is very secure and Mary is very friendly and easy to work with. Their prices are competitive, especially compared to the places up in Denver. Some of the other nearby lots have the same prices but don't offer the online bill pay convenience or 24 hour access.

We had our two ATV's and a Custom Silverfox trailer stolen from the west lot off SantaFe rd. They claim a lightening storm disabled their security gate and camera system. They then decided to post a generic gate code directly above the keypad for any and all to have access to all their clients belongings 24 hours a day seven days a week! This allowed the thieve(s) ample time to access our belongings and cut through four 1/4" hardened steel square chains and a trailer tongue lock and then hook em up to a vehicle and drive them right out the front gate. After mediation and trial by court, John Van Anne and Robert Pellegrini lied through their teeth and manipulated the truth with their contract as the crutch! Bottom line is I'm out $28,000 and these guys have zero fault in their negligent actions that caused our loss! There's so much more I'd love to warn you about regarding their behavior and they way they do business, but it's too much to put in a yelp post. Overview: Had a wonderful experience yesterday with this…read moremoving team. Had 4 movers at a very competitive price who were willing to move my husband and I out of two apartments and into our new house. They were kind and considerate of our home, and worked very quickly and efficiently. This team was excellent to work with, and Daniel was very communicative of any questions we had before, during, or after our move. They even removed trash for us and set us up with local cleaners to do a move out clean and carpet clean of our apartments for a great price. Can't recommend them enough! -- Setting up the move: I reached out through Yelp and they were extremely communicative there, answering all my questions and following up on my timeline. We did a final discussion over the phone before scheduling the move. Daniel was open to discussing pricing and adjusting the size of the team accordingly. He estimated around 6 hours for this move all in, and the final timing was 5.5 hours from the time they left their warehouse until they returned to it, so his estimate was very accurate! One small thing - I never received a confirmation email for their services ahead of time, which I had asked for, but Daniel was great about keeping in touch over text and made sure to respond to my confirmation about a week and a half before, and then send a text to confirm a few days before as well as the day before. So this is a very small complaint, and realistically wasn't something I needed to worry about! So just a heads up to expect communication by phone/text -- they will absolutely follow through! -- Moving day: They were able to move us out of our two 900 sq ft and 700 sq ft apartments in a little under 2hrs. Once they arrived at the new house, it took around an hour to move everything in. (To note we had mostly boxes and very little furniture, but was still much faster than I expected!) Each of the 4 team members was extremely courteous and very respectful of our home. I stood by the truck to let them know what rooms to put things in and they followed all the instructions to a T. We had a lot of boxes and trash from new purchases in our basement, including a huge 85" tv box, and they took all of it for us and loaded it into their truck after moving in our things. Was a small fee for taking the trash and was a huge help for us. We didn't know ahead of time we would need this service, and the team was flexible with us and agreed to this day of, which was exactly what we needed! -- After move: Daniel had set me up with a local mover to do a move out clean and carpet clean on one of our apartments, and he made sure to follow up to make sure I was able to get in contact with the cleaners and that they did a good job afterwards. Was a huge help to be able to set this up in one go and was very appreciative of the follow up! (Also the cleaners did a great job and were flexible with our schedule!) -- Final thoughts: This was an excellent company whose team did a great job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving in this area. We will likely use them again in the future due to the quality of our experience yesterday. Their prices were extremely fair and they are willing to work within your budget to make sure you get the move you need for the price that works for you. They are flexible in their services, and do everything from packing and moving to junk removal and cleaning services, and are truly a one stop shop for all your moving needs. put in service request via thumbtack and was promptly contacted by daniel and we connected via…read morephone 2 days later on march 17. i needed his team to move me 6 miles from a storage unit to apartment and he said no problem and even quoted me a lower price of $125/hr. great. move was booked for sat, may 9. about 10 days later i contacted daniel again and asked if he can change that from may 9 to april 18. yes, done, and confirmed change on march 25. my move is now this week so i text daniel this morning, april 13, to inquire if we are still all set and my phone number is blocked. i cannot text, i cannot call...all communications incoming from my cell number are blocked. no explaination, no communications from daniel/team regarding any possible conflicts, etc. he simply blocked my number and that's it so now i'm left scrambling to find other services with a smaller timeline and most likely higher costs. shame on this compay/owner.
