We had a great experience here! Vita helped us get our storage and also to cancel. We rented there for a year and a half and never had problems. Don't rent here! They're scam artists! When I signed up for storage here I rented 2 small units. 1 for my sick mother who would be staying with us and 1 for the room of stuff she would be displacing. Fast forward a year or so later and after my Mom passed away I attempted to down size to 1 unit only to be told that I would be paying the same price, not half like I was expecting. They began to explain how I had received a promotion where I got 2 units but the are "Marketed" as one so they can somehow stay "Legal" through a loophole that limits the number of units they are "Actually allowed" to have. So just to clarify I am now expected to pay the Full price of 2 units even though I only occupy 1. I complained and was given the option of 1. Relocate to another unit that is the same size as mine and located two doors down (but somehow in their computer they can't just switch it). 2. Move out. If my only option is to come down, load up all of my stuff, just to move it to another unit, I might as well bring it back to my garage and save the $165 A MONTH!! I am choosing to move out! This is the definition of taking advantage of your customers. read more

Essential driver that's needs a place to hold his things. Have paid on time every time. But the price just keeps going up on my existing storage unit. So if you want to pay one price now then they will hike the price up as time goes on this is the place for you. Corporate is to blame is what I was told. I guess being a essential worker and being a good customer doesn't matter. read more

BEWARE! I would rather keep my stuff in a uhaul truck. Manager Vida is not helpful at all and will not help you. They made a mistake on a charge and never refunded my money. They will charge you with what ever they can and won't work with you even though they make a mistake. They were very unprofessional to me and im a veteran and help my wounded warriors veterans. I think I deserve at the very least an effort to solidify an issue that was caused on their end. Employee Isaac needs more training and better communication with clients. Their system is very confusing for a good reason to bill you more. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone! read more

This place is awesome and the manager is a great human being. I PCS'd here in July and had to find a storage after hours, they had a kiosk I could rent a space from so I took advantage of it. Unfortunately I was unable to apply a military discount or use the first month for a dollar coupon. I had all but given up in ever getting those deals. Fast forward one month later I went to the office to pay my storage rent, after talking a bit with the manager she found out I was a soldier and gave me a military discount and even called the corporate office to have them approve the month for a dollar discount for me after the fact. That is what I call good customer service, in fact it was going above and beyond the call of service. They will always have my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know. This place sucks! Stay away it's a scam. These people are so freaking rude and will charge you for anything extra they can charge you for. I have never felt so robbed of my money. Every time I called the lady's vida and the other lady they were so rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have never been so unhappy with a storage service! read more
