Secondly they rented out our unit because we bought a second unit. We have 16 days left of the month to utilize our unit, but Lorenzo assumed we transferred and closed our unit. We did not cancel our first unit because they do not give you a refund of a unit. So we wanted to utilize that unit, however we went to get a lock and he sold it already and we didn't even have access inside the building. Today my husband confronted him about it and he said he sold the indoor unit because we didn't have a lock but he literally watched us and sold it right then and there. So we contacted smart stop via phone because apparently their managers have hidden information , we have to wait for the DM to call or email us within 2-3 days. We call the 800 number and Monica tried to sell us another unit for a whole month and add 16 days free. So basically SmartStop has our money for that unit for the month and now someone else is paying for a month for that same unit. They also send you a postcard size note in the mail almost quarterly telling you your price is going up. We started that unit at $60 and this month we paid $250for our indoor unit 10x10 only and we purchased an outdoor unit last week for $120 10x20. This company is the worst scam ever . Do not use them. I am paying the price and I am getting a lawyer

We have had our motor home parked at HV-RV for a year now and just love the employees and the…read morefacility. Keypad security gates, plenty of cameras and overnight security also! Employees are driving around often checking on things. They have dumpsters for trash, water for your tanks, a dump station, air compressors for your tires and a pressure washer to wash your RV all free if you are a paying customer. They now have propane for purchase on site! It's so convenient to be able to just get everything done right at the storage place. It's also a great location right off the 303. It's very clean and well kept.
