Eventually management emailed out an update on when the door would be fixed. Also my monthly payment did go up a month after I started renting there which was a bummer.

The staff during scheduling as well as the workers that came to our house were all friendly, respectful and timely. The pricing had no surprises and the crew was efficient. Smooth experience. The disappointment was in their pledge of '80% stays out of landfills'. This is the reason we spent more. We didn't expect that they would save every item we had them take, but they never even looked to consider one item at all. The crew brought a second truck for items to be taken for potential donation, but it was never opened, referred to, looked at or discussed. It wasn't even driven to the location of the items we had consolidated for the pickup. At no point was any item given a second look, considered or mentioned for a potential "second chance" at a useful life. We paid extra for the chance that our stuff, that was honestly not garbage, but a forced down-size, to get a second life with people that might use or appreciate it. Not sure how this can happen and the company offered ZERO in a sufficient explanation or resolution -- only "yeah, I missed it". If I would have known the final cost I would have shopped around. This was in the end not possible. Of course - lots of pressure then to pay even though I did not get a reasonable explanation of a 30% miss. Also- the packing methods were suspect and a lot of little damage for even a local move. I am not a happy customer at all.
