Nobody has ever been rude or even brusque with me in any of my visits. It does take a while to get set up with a rental, but that's been my experience at every rental place I've been to in 30 years. Even if you sign up online, there is still a lot to take care of at the facility, and given the possible safety consequences of renting some of this equipment you really don't want someone who rushes. Consequently, if' you're expecting liquor store in-and-out speed you may be disappointed. Allow about a half hour just to make sure there's plenty of time for the attendant to do his/her paperwork, get the equipment attached properly and maybe fix something that may not be working perfectly. I've had equipment back a half-hour late on occasion and never been penalized. The equipment I rent (car and motorcycle trailers mostly) is always in top condition and functions perfectly. There is a lot of staff turnover but every person I've worked with has been polite, helpful and accommodating. Recommended!!
