They responded, showed up, and provided a quote. However, the experience changed once I started asking questions about the one-year service agreement and billing. Before signing any contract, especially one that locks me into service for a full year, I believe it is reasonable to ask clear questions about the billing cycle, payment dates, and whether anything would be prorated. I asked a simple question: if I signed and paid on 5/11, would my billing cycle start from that date, or would I still be billed on their regular cycle and lose part of the service period? I was not asking to avoid payment or get a discount. I simply wanted to understand what I was agreeing to before signing. Unfortunately, Rachel in billing did not seem clear on the answer, even though I had already discussed some of the details with Dan. That made me uncomfortable because billing and contract terms should be clearly understood by the company before asking a customer to commit for a full year. Instead of calmly answering the question, the tone changed and it felt like they became frustrated that I was asking about the contract at all. As a landlord who does not live in the Bakersfield area, I have to be extra careful about who I hire to service my property. I need to make sure the property is being properly maintained, the billing is clear, and the agreement is fair before I sign anything. Asking questions about a contract should not create tension or attitude from a company. I was genuinely interested in starting service, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and hesitant. A customer should be able to ask basic contract and billing questions without feeling like they are being a problem. To me, that is not good business, especially when the customer is being asked to commit to a one-year agreement.

I did not want to harm them in anyway and through reserach I found out almost all trappers dispose of the animals.....heartbreaking. I also realized after they were old enough to walk it was time to send them on their way as they always have a backup den close by. The day I called Peter came right out that day and sprayed the horrible male hormone and it got her attention but she was stubborn and Peter left on vacation so then Leo took over.He went back under and sprayed this time took a video of her with her babies and we had to do 4 attempts total to get her to leave, the last night he sprayed for the last time was a little sad I have to say as she pushed the adorable babies out the opening....as they left a coyote showed up and I had to scare him off several times she grab the little ones and pulled them up the tress ...she totally knew how to handle the situation and so did all city....wont hesitate to call on them when needed again!

We were in the middle of a sewer line replacement on a multifamily property when a family of skunks decided to move into one of the open sewer lines. Since construction had to continue, I needed help fast. I found All City Animal Trapping on Yelp, and they responded immediately. They came out right away, set traps, and returned to pick them up once our project was complete. Their communication was excellent, the pricing was fair, and they helped us avoid what could have been a major delay. Thanks to their quick response and professionalism, we were able to keep our project moving without interruption. I highly recommend All City Animal Trapping to anyone in need of wildlife removal services. They have definitely earned a spot on our vendor list, and I will absolutely be using them again for our properties in the future.

I understand accidents happen, projects don't always go as…read moreplanned, and I'm generally willing to give companies the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, this was, without question, the worst contractor experience I've ever had. I found Green Rodent Restoration through Nextdoor after seeing their positive reviews and the mention of potential SCE rebates. Although I later learned I didn't qualify for the rebate, I decided to move forward because the estimate and scope of work made sense. Rony was very thorough in explaining the process. During the attic work, including the insulation installation, my home sustained three separate areas of ceiling damage, including one where a worker stepped completely through the ceiling. When I raised my concerns, the foreman suggested it was because there weren't enough boards in the attic for the crew to walk on. As the homeowner, I hired professionals because I expected they knew how to safely perform this type of work. Before the crew left, I was told the attic fan would need to be rescheduled because of an issue. This only came up after they had already asked me for payment. Had I not pushed back, I believe they would have left without completing a major part of the project. When I questioned it, the foreman was dismissive rather than taking ownership of the situation. What disappointed me most was the lack of respect for my property. The crew shook a blanket full of insulation and debris into my front yard. When Green Rodent Restoration sent a contractor to repair the damage, the experience didn't improve. The contractor used my bathroom without cleaning up afterward, dumped dirty mop water containing soap and debris into my front yard, left drywall dust throughout my home, and I later discovered fresh scrapes on my staircase railing that were not there before. While the ceiling repairs are better than the original damage, they still don't look like a professional finished product. The cleanup and overall attention to detail also fell well below what I expected. In my opinion, Green Rodent Restoration should have had a supervisor or foreman present while the restoration work was being completed to ensure it was done properly. Communication afterward has been equally disappointing, and I have had to follow up repeatedly throughout this process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Rodent Restoration. My advice is to take your time, compare several companies, and don't make your decision based solely on reviews or the possibility of rebates. I only wish I had shopped around more before making my decision.
