They are NOT professional, and do not deliver on promise . I feel swindled by them . So much that I asked them to consider getting out of this business . I booked them for my sons 1st birthday. I booked the rooftop venue of an establishment and paid EXTRA Per Hour for the venue just because magical moments (Pravin) Insisted that they need 90 min for setting up the decor . However on the day of the event , their team arrive 45 min late . I got to the venue at 5 pm ; they were expected to be just doing finishing touches at the time given that the event starts at 5 and I am expecting guests to arrive at 5 onwards , BUT. NOTHING WAS DONE. I paid $250 for the venue so these guys could use the time to setup , But all they did in that 1 HOUR was carry a few balloons up to the steps . The balloons were strewn across the venue floor ... DISASTER... And within few minutes a few guests started to roll in. There was NO decor . The entrance to the venue was blocked because the decorator s team was working on the main decor background. And all this time Pravin is telling me IT WILL TAKE 15 min. ( when he insisted on the phone this is a 1 hour job ) He was rushing through his setup. The table wasn't balanced , and was hindering entrance access, the cake stand they brought was broken and tilted one way. They didn't bring the name board which had my son s name on it , They didn't bring entrance markers to lead guests up to the venue And all of this shoddy job , they still took 90 min. After he was allegedly done, he comes in to the restaurants makes a dramatic speech about this being his fault (totally uncalled for and very crass) Nothing I requested was in place or as per plan . And on top of that when he came to collect the material he was still expecting to be paid n full . He said I can give you $50 off... I lost my cool at that moment , and he started to give me lies about some covid situation at some of his team members , traffic issues ?!?!? REALLY!!! On Saturday 4 PM. . Clearly this guy and his team have no idea how to deliver on promise ! I FEEL CHEATED .
