However, they were not very well organized so it was difficult to locate my favorite authors and titles. The staff was very preoccupied and loaded up all the books in one bag that was so heavy I thought it was going to tear through. Several minutes had gone by and two register changes, now 4 people in line and still no help. I then roamed the store to find an employee talking with a woman so I continued to wander...for almost 5 minutes. He's still chatting so I interrupted. He proved to be no help as he said that the computer said they had what I was looking for but he didn't know where it was. As I was leaving another man came out from the back up to the registers. Where has he been? Horrible customer service. With Amazon in play, they need to step up their game to keep people coming in. There are other options.
