I've used this service multiple times, and the work that gets done is top-quality. It is a pleasure working with Dustin. He really knows what he is doing and lets you know exactly what he will plan to do (or what he did) to fix the issues. I just got an interior detail by Stottie's. What a difference. About 10 years ago I had had a terrible experience with an auto detailer. That detailer just sprayed harsh chemicals on everything and destroyed the finish up my vehicle. Since then I have never trusted another detailer. I first heard about this business through the Dupont Registry, which I highly respect. This business was featured by that publication not in a paid advertisement but in an endorsement by the magazine. Although I did not need my vehicle detailed at the time, I wrote down their name and info knowing that if I ever was going to have my vehicle detailed again, it would be with this business. After reading reviews on other sites, I decided that it was worth a one hour drive from my house to hand over my car to Stottie's. Dustin is a true pro and takes pride in his work. My vehicle is 10 years old and he took years of life off of it. He was patient and meticulous. I am relieved knowing that I once again have a terrific resource that I can call upon when the time comes to detail a vehicle. I do not trust my vehicles with just anyone, but I would hand my keys to Dustin any day. Stotties Mobile Auto Detailing - Well worth the drive to Hagerstown. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Hagerstown, Maryland

We purchased a used Suburban & thought we'd have it professionally detailed. We took it to the Hagerstown location on Wesel Blvd. The person we dealt with was Dustin. Horrible service! Had to wait an hour before anyone showed up in the morning. The reason he was late?..., he jumped in the pool with his cellphone and needed to replace his phone that morning. We were supposed to pick the vehicle up around 12:00; then we were told it wouldn't be until 2:30. Eventually it became 4:30-5 before it was ready. He said he was still working on getting his new cellphone set up. Very disappointed with the low quality service and apathetic attitude we received. They didn't even complete half of the detailing work promised. He did not armorall the exterior side trim, did not wax the vehicle, did not clean the headrests, did not clean the backs of any of the seats or the carpet under the seats which was easily visible, did not finish cleaning the back floor carpet area and ceiling (you can see where he stopped with the steam cleaner). My wife started to clean some of the areas (headrests and carpet) with Spot Shot after we brought it home, and it cleaned up very easily. Dustin had the vehicle all day. We have no idea what they were doing, but they sure weren't detailing our Suburban! We contacted Dustin regarding the situation. He was supposed to come to our home to properly finish the detailing. He never showed up to the first OR second appointment. When I contacted him after the second no show, all I got were excuses (e.g., he "forgot"). I have a 2007 Honda Pilot that has been ravaged by dogs, small children and ,most recently, mice. We love our Pilot but with the recent mouse infestation, we were considering selling the thing. There was no way that I was going to be able to clean the car to where our skin no longer crawled when we sat in it, so i decided to look for a detailer at a reasonable price with the capability to sanitize it with steam. After calling several places in the area, I decided to take it to Stottie's. Dustin was very friendly and accommodating to our schedule allowing us to drop the car off late at night and leave it with him the next day. He spent the whole day on our Pilot thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing every surface. Our Pilot once again looks and feels new and clean and is a pleasure to ride in.
