Took my vehicle for an oil change and it's on a Ford maintenance coverage plan. Various points of inspection are supposed to be done. I mention to make sure they top up all fluids, windshield washer fluid. Staff member looks at me and says ahhh.... I don't think that is included. I press him further and he grudingly says we'll top it off for you then. Afterwards with the two desk staff behind the counter he says your truck's ready and puts my keys on the counter, I come up to get them and neither of them look up from their computers at me. No information given to me of what they did do to the truck. I will never return and will get my truck serviced at Erinwood Ford.
