The woman behind the counter was unfriendly, rude, and offered little more than "no" answers without offering suggestions. I have tanks just off my extended driveway and was looking for ideas as to how I could reinforce my risers and lid in the event someone drove off my driveway. Her response was, "You really shouldn't drive over them." Really? Thanks Captain Obvious! She pointed to a heavier duty lid and said, "we have that." I asked to see it and as she set it on the counter, I again attempted to seek her assumed knowledgeable assistance and asked if there were concrete lids or if I could maybe even concrete around the risers for support. Her reply was, "No, you can't do that." I asked if she had other suggestions, but she blankly stared at me, answered an incoming phone call, and began assisting the customer on the line. I waited and around a minute or so later, while still on the phone, she looks over to me and says, "Are you still thinking or what?" I said that I'd take the heavier duty lid and two six inch risers (I figured it was a better option than the basic lid I had currently). Still assisting the caller on the line, she gave me the total and as I handed her my card she said, "No! No cards." After I pinched myself to make sure it was 2022 where "plastic" is the number one form of payment, I said that I would have to come back. As I left, I couldn't help but feel that I was totally discarded as a customer. Don't worry lady... I won't be back. I hope the next customer encounters someone friendlier and more willing to help, than I did.

The problem continued until a second paid visit finally fixed it. Since then, we've made multiple attempts to request a refund for the original service and have not received a direct answer. Instead, the company has avoided addressing the refund altogether. Paying for a service that doesn't fix the problem is one thing--refusing to take responsibility afterward is another. Based on this experience, I would be cautious.

We were able to get an appointment in 3 business days which was wonderful, because the broken pipes were affecting our ability to do laundry. The plumbers came and fixed it all so easily.
