Of the three quotes I got, they were the least expensive and their quote came with a six page contract spelling out the materials to be used, the work to be done and the warranty. They used high quality materials and they are factory authorized installers backed by the shingle company. It took them less than two days to strip off the old roof and to install the new one (all of it in 100+ degree weather) on a 2000 sq/ft, 2-story house. Their crew was friendly, did excellent work and left the place spotless. They also seemed to really care about their crew and their safety. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge.
