I would absolutely give no stars if I could but in order to do the review I had to give it one…read more First off I paid way too much for the 2015 Equinox that I purchased, still over $12,000 and I bought it 2 years ago. When I bought it the salesman really hyped up the lifetime warranty, saying you have nothing to worry about if your motor blows 2 years 5 years 10 years from now your warranty will cover that. If your transmission blows covered for as long as you own the car. After the first two weeks of having it the traction control light was on so I took it into where they told me to take it in of course $500 deductible for a problem that was there before I bought it. I've never been late on a payment and two years into it I was driving home from Columbus and the motor blew. $600 in towing to get it to Dayton I couldn't get a hold of advantage to find out where to take it on a Saturday because they were closed so I had yet another tow bill to tow it to one of their garages and I had it looked at. The garage they sent it to wouldn't even tell me what was wrong they told me to call advantage all I was told was it needed a new motor and that they needed six oil change receipts or they were going to cover it. I've always had the oil changed at Valvoline, the manufacturer says every $7,500 miles which is what Valvoline told me and I kept up with that I don't know where the six come in but now they're not going to cover the car. So I still owe $12,000 I'm going to have to put another $6,000 in it to get it fixed for a total with their whopping 24% interest of $30,000 for a 2015 Equinox. The new ones don't even cost that. My first review was a great one because I had to do it before I left the dealership do not waste your money or you're going to be stuck either putting a fortune in a car that's not worth it or you're going to ruin your credit

I purchased a caar through them with not a lot of problems for seen. But they did do what repairs…read morethat was needed. When I got down to where I owed 1,500.00 I got a call asking if I wanted to trade it in they would wipe the 1500 owed and give me 2,000 down on another car. Um I'm thinking I paid way to much to take less than 4 grand. Its a 2014 trax. So the answer was NO! Then I read on their website that if you pay your car off no late times always on time you will get up to 2,000 back on your down payment. Well of course it started in Aug and i purchased mine in March. Anyway to get out of paying a deal!!!

This is a smaller dealer but friendly sales staff that are not pushy at all. Purchased a new…read morevehicle from them 3 years ago. Sales person Brandon was superb. He wasn't there the next day when we went back to finalize the deal and we got a schmuck. Didn't matter at that point Brandon had everything taken care of. The paperwork side of the sale was a little rockey. My wife went in to sign the paperwork the next day, but when she did the finance department included warranties on invoice we didn't agree upon. It was straightened out though. Service depart is phenominal. They go out of they way to take care of you. They have been our sole service center for this vehicle and our other 2 vehicles. The service department manager Tim knows my wife by name and greats her great, and has always taken time to make sure her vehicle is taken care of. Prices in the service department are very reasonable too. But we decided to trade it in, we decided to try to keep our loyalty to a local dealer. We were very close to a deal, sales person Valerie was great. The manager got involved and tried to negotiate with us with instead of us dealing with our sales person. That pretty much ended any considerations we had for this vehicle right then and there. He minimized our trade in so bad, to the point he was going to have to do us a favor by taking it. Needless to say, had he not been involved we would have accepted the offer but I refuse to feel cheap about a deal. We drove an hour and a half to Deleware and bought the same vehicle for basically the same terms but we were accepted gladly. Prices are good and they generally won't come down much if at all from advertised sale prices. Staff is friendly, service department is extraordinary.

I called at 330 and was able to get in for an oil change and tire rotation at 5 the same day…read more Wonderful customer service from the time I walked in door till I drove my truck out of the service area. I will definitely return in the future!

I have a buddy whose mom went here to look at a 2002 Toyota Camry, she purchased it without having…read moreanyone look it over her fault. However she said the dealer whose name was stan, assured her the car was fine etc. that car has been the devil. After replacing catalytic converters, exhaust, fuel injectors, and a bevy of sensors, oh and the first time it rained it had about four inches of water sitting on back floor boards. We now have it to where the ecm has gone out. Long story short, After some detective work I discovered his name is not Stanley and he has a extensive history of run ins with the law. I'm not surprised by any stretch of the imagination. He took advantage of my friends 70 year old mother and for that I hope he burns for eternity.

Went in and drove a 2018 Ford Edge on 09/11/2025. Should have left immediately when there were no…read moreprices posted on any of the vehicles and I was given them all verbally upon request. Also noticed that a lot of the prices I was given seemed a little low. "Stanley" was very pleasant. I asked if he was okay with me driving the Edge to Dayton and having a shop look it over for me as I am in no way a mechanic. He told me I was welcome to do so. When I took it to the shop in Dayton, they put in on their lift. Within 2 minutes of inspecting it, they called me over to show me the "substantial oil leak". Oil all over the undercarriage. The mechanic advised me that it was likely an issue with the turbo on the engine, apparently a common issue for the make/model. That I would be looking at 4-5k to have them replace it. Obviously not going to immediately dump $5k into a used car (asking price at the dealership was $10k). Upon returning the Edge to the dealership and notifying him of the oil leak, "Stanley" informed me that his mechanic had just replaced the turbo. That his mechanic must have pinched something in doing so. He said he would have his mechanic fix the issue and that I was welcome to have it inspected once again. Things happen, and he seemed pretty genuine so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I took my mom back with me that following Monday as I had full intentions of purchasing after the new inspection was complete. The Edge was scheduled for a complete inspection at noon. My mom drove the Edge while I drove her car so we wouldn't be stuck at the shop during the inspection process. We never made it to the new inspection. 10 minutes onto the highway she is calling me because she can feel something DRAGGING below the SUV. We took the nearest exit to find that they had "FORGOTTEN" to bolt the undercarriage back on. 45 minutes later his mechanic shows up apologizing because there was a "miscommunication" and he was responsible for not putting it back on. While waiting for the mechanic, we also noticed that we were given EXPIRED dealer tags. We did NOT purchase the vehicle, SUPER SHADY, and will be in contact with the BMV about the expired tags they sent with us. What kind of dealership sends customers with expired tags? A SHADY ONE. Total waste of our time.
