I saw the mixed reviews, but my experience with Savannah and the team was great. I had a particular car in mind, and they happened to have one with low mileage and in really solid shape for the year. They shared the full CarFax, and the car matched exactly what we were looking for. Not sure what happened with other customers, but everything went well on my end. The wheels LITERALLY fell off of the Nissan Murano I purchased TWO WEEKS AGO. I was told "unfortunately we decided the additional aftermarket warranty" by Ron, the owner. I guess there's no such thing as integrity anymore. These guys sold me a vehicle that had a competentc rusted-through frame, and would do nothing to back up what they had sold. BUYER BEWARE!!! We recently purchased a Saturn ION that was marked up above Blue Book value and had several issues wrong with it. The manager said they could deal with these issues at near cost and we were in need of a car, so we took the people at their word. There were also other issues such as no spare tire, a seat belt that needed fixed, and mirrors that did not work that they were supposed to take care of at their expense. In addition, we noticed the radio did not work, but Adam tried to tell us it did, only to retract that after we called him on it. After having the car for a while, we noticed other issues, so new sent a list to Ty and never heard a word, so we tried again only to be told he needed to get word from his mechanic on the cost. He also said his manager may be willing to deal with the spare tire if we deal with another issue. So now we went into a bargaining mode where they were not going to take care of us and issues that came up. Through repeated attempts by my wife and myself via text, e-mail and phone, we simply kept getting pushed off by Ty. He would either tell us he was waiting for his mechanic to give him prices or was waiting to hear back from his manager. After a while, I took our car to our mechanic and found out we were going to be out an extra $1,000 due to the repairs needed. In addition, our mechanic found that the rear brakes were going to need to be replaced, something that was missed by the mechanic that wholesale used to check it out. Their attitude is that they should be able to sell a used car with "normal wear and tear" above blue book value. That would be fine, but with no spare tire, and a control arm, shocks, and brakes needing to be replaced, not to mention tires needing to be replaced, I now know we depended too much on their word to do some of our issues for free and others at cost. After trying the other night one last time with Ty and stating that I was going to look into our legal rights, Ty said he had been trying to reach us, but neither my wife or I had any record of a call on our phones. Once I posted this review, he contacted us and asked what he could do. I said I wanted him to take care of what he promised for free and near cost. I also stated that I would like to talk with the mechanic to which he said once I did that, the mechanic would raise the price. In addition, I mentioned the brakes that was missed where they took it to be checked out and he compared that to the oil needing to be changed. I get the impression that he feels the shell of the car was enough and that we should pay $3,000 for a car that had issue after issue. Ty also felt it was alright that a radio was not working. We do like the car and once the issues are taken care of, it will be a good car, but with my wife and I being underemployed and this being our main mode of transportation, we will need to fix this up over time. The money used to purchase this car came from insurance money when our other car was totaled by another person, so we can't afford many more issues. At this point I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission that regulates car dealers. read more

I went here because I had read good reviews but my experience was much different. I was going through a pretty rough time financially when I bought a car from them. I was very up front and just wanted them to be up front with me and let me know if there were any issues with the car or if anything might need replaced in the near future. I understand I was buying a used car so I wasn't expecting to get a car with zero issues or that wouldn't need some kind of work. They assured and reassured me that this was a great vehicle and was in great condition. I told them I was giving them all the cash I had for the down payment so I just didn't want to be hit with an unexpected repair cost. A couple weeks go by and the brakes start squeaking and I find out the brake pads and rotors are shot and it was pretty late on an oil change. My mechanic also changed the cabin air filter and found mouse droppings, so they clearly don't do any sort of basic maintenance before reselling these vehicles. My mechanic told me if they knew anything about cars and took the time to look they would have seen this. I called them to let them know I didn't appreciate them telling me everything was great and ready to go and basically lying to me cause I now I'm in a tough spot having to try and replace these parts. Corey's response was that "We aren't mechanics and this isn't a certified used car dealership". He couldn't even handle me being irritated at the situation I was in and hung up on me. They forced me to buy a warranty on the vehicle ,because I wouldn't put more money down on the car but failed to give me the information for the correct company it was through. That was one screw up that worked out to my benefit because the car needs repairs. I wouldn't trust them if they tell you everything is good or they checked the car over because apparently they have no idea what they are talking about or are too lazy to even check the cars out. You are most likely just buying someone else's problems that they didn't want to fix and these guys are there to make a profit on you. Of course they are nice and are patient with you, they know they about to scam you out of your hard earned money. Save yourself the money and stress and keep on driving. read more

Bought a 12 chevy cruse here yesterday was a pleasant buying experience. I had no credit and walked out of the door same day with keys to a nice car. Friendly staff that will do what whatever they can to help you out. Highly recommend. T the sales manager hooked me up. And Corey did an awesome job with all the paperwork.
