If I could give zero stars I would. This organization retained me with little to zero care to my case. With almost a year follow with with not one call from the attorney or one of his many assistants I was met with snarky attitudes and irresponsible excuses for why I didn't at least warrant a decent follow up. I was literally told that because an assistant was out of the country I couldn't get a follow up concerning my case and that I could not receive any updates regarding my case because there wasn't any. Although my attorney was on site and has an active assistant my case is sitting in oblivion and instead of offering solid customer service and professionalism I was quickly met with a "if you don't want to be retained will will send you a letter." They took my case-in the middle the lawyer left the company and was assigned another lawyer -but heard nothing from them for week-causing me to have to pay more to my ex. They don't not care about you or your case and will blame you for their lack of experience and work on your case. I finally had enough and asked to speak to Mr Stovall himself-he was very rude, didn't care about my case and dropped me as a client for my questions about why they were so lacking in helping out with my case. They do not deserve your business and if you decide to go to them anyway be warned they are mismanaged at the highest level-all you have to do is look at the past bad reviews and how they took forever to respond-that will be your lawyers response to your questions and concerns as well. read more
