Several times their technicians installed the wrong size filters in my units, left the filter access doors open, and frequently they had to come out several times to fix a problem. In fact they have never repaired a problem on the first visit since 2017. Please be careful with their billing system. I have tried to cancel my service contracts several times and they keep charging me. You have to call them several time to get the monthly charges stopped.
