I returned to the store on the following Monday and requested that they "make it right" The owner refused to fix it. As far as he was concerned the item was ruined and he did not know how to fix it and since I walked out of the store I accepted it. I had the item re-plated and engraved somewhere else for $60.00.

Perhaps, because I waited earlier this week while "chickie poo" discussed her late cell bill. When she hung up she had not a clue. John was "next door" and she asked if I would wait (longer). I declined, but did ask for my watch back. Chickie said I would have to wait for John, who was now "away". Not a big deal except my finger started swelling so bad my ring was cutting off the circulation and needed to come off immediately. When I called to explain my issue Becky was so pleasant on the phone and when I arrived she had the ring off in a matter of minutes. I was adamant that she should be payed for the service she provided but she refused. The first time I lost a little Pearl he ordered one to match perfectly, the next time a tiny Pearl popped out I found it and he was able to put it back in straight away. He also changed the battery in my vintage Cartier watch! I'm so happy I found this cute jewelry and repair store! It's off Hwy 98 at Lavender Lane in Daphne.
