Terrible customer service today. I took my best friend out to get juice for her new set up and the guy working was a chauvinistic ass-hat. The lack of knowledge (trying to tell me not to use 12mg in a dripper) when in fact my husbands been doing that exact thing with several set ups over the last 2 years. Come to find out they only sell 3mg and 6mg... could that be why you were trying to tell my friend what level she should start at when you don't even know what she smokes currently? Then the guy had the gal to argue with me when I told my friend we'd check around and see if she found something else that she liked. I even told the guy we'd be back to get the flavor she'd tried. Even put words in my mouth that I'd never said. I thought minor's weren't allowed inside... the mentality of this employee was that of a 13 year old, hopped up on Koolaid. Great Vape spot. Iam a veteran Vape dude, and this is my home store. I started a noob and str8 Vape helped me up my Vape game. The owners are hands on stand up dudes. They are willing to give sound advise that is good for customer, instead of just trying to get u to buy something that doesn't fit your Vape needs. They have a in house ejuice that is the shit. My first Yelp review and I'm glad this place is it. I came here on a recommendation in October 2014 when I decided to switch from cigs to vaping. They have been super helpful and have answered every dumb question, I don't get there often anymore since they moved to Gresham and I live in Tualatin but their handmade juices are FAR superior to any others I've tried. I was a smoker for almost 30 years. I had tried to quit time and time again, with no success. So I decided to try the only thing I hadn't tried before, an e-cig. I went into Str8vaping and bought a setup and that was the last time I smoked. Almost 5 months now smoke free. Just started vaping a month ago and these guys really hooked me up! Mike got me the right rig and Tom's custom flavors are great (especially the custard). I quit smoking and chewing three days ago, and with an adjustable nicotine level, I don't even have any withdrawals. The shop is clean and co-located with "Kings of Ink" tattooing.
