For the actual appointment, things went just as smooth.  I had actually gotten an incorrect switch and they took the time to explain why it wouldn't work and what I should get to replace it.  The other installs and checks went smooth as well, and they were in and out in a flash. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again.

He spent 30 minutes there checking all the stuff and even with us saying we wanted to pay him for his time he refused saying it was just an estimate and he didn't need any payment. It's nice to find a company with honesty that you can trust.
